Dylan Wilbanks, owner and principal of Hêtre, is a Seattle-based leader in user experience design. Over his career spanning consumer, enterprise, and education, his work has improved the public health of thousands of lives around the world, saved companies billions of dollars in IT spending, and reduced power consumption by utilities.
As a leader and mentor in the user experience design field, people look to Dylan for strategic insight, tactical planning, and design leadership in their organizations. He has presented on user experience and accessibility at conferences such as SXSW and Webvisions.
After a career working "in-house" he is ready to bring design strategy, information architecture, interaction design, and content strategy to clients looking to make their websites and products more user-friendly and their customers happier.
